Goering Home Services strives to provide our customers with fast, efficient, professional service at a fair price. To help our customers understand how service work is billed, the following policies apply.

• Service Rates: Service calls are billed at $105 for the first hour and $94 per hour thereafter. Additional time is billed based on the time required to complete the service.
• Commercial Work: Commercial service work is billed at $109 per hour, unless different rates or pricing have been established through a quote, bid, contract, or other prior agreement.
• Parts & Job Preparation: Our technicians may need to gather, pull, load, or prepare parts, equipment, and supplies necessary for your job. This work may take place before the technician arrives at your property or during the service call and may be included in billable service time. Billable service time is not limited to the time a technician is physically present at the customer's property.
• Fabrication: Some jobs require fabrication or preparation of materials that cannot reasonably be completed at the jobsite. Fabrication time is billed at our normal service rate. When travel to our Moundridge facility is necessary to complete fabrication, applicable travel time may also be billed.
• Travel Time: Travel time to and from service calls may be billable. Travel charges generally do not apply to services specifically sold as a service package. Discounted or complimentary services may include a travel charge to cover the cost of providing service at the customer's location.
• Billing: Technicians complete and turn in service tickets daily. Invoices are processed and sent to customers throughout the month. Customers who would like to receive or pay an invoice sooner are welcome to contact our office.
